Maintain healthy relationships throughout your life
As we age, we tend to lose friends and loved ones to illness or old age. Our circles become smaller. This can make maintaining and having healthy relationships much more difficult. It becomes imperative to join groups with similar interests. Whether you like to play cards, knit, hike, or paint, the internet has made it easier for us to find people with our interests. Stepping outside of our normal circles and making new friends as we age becomes ever more important because our kids have left the nest, our spouse may not make it to the latter years, and we may find ourselves without enough healthy friendships for the support that makes going through life's ups and downs more fun!
